Old Mutual Bad service

I am always complaining about old mutual group schemes. I have a annuity policy 69345sb***6 I completed the request to have the policy pay out to me. Emails was sent to them, query number GSENQ***.This was done on 28th of November 2019.Till now I had to call in several times that cost me a lot of airtime just to be told they are busy with it and it will be escalated. I will definitely not recommend anyone to take a retirement policy out with old mutual. If someone at old mutual is interested to look into this for me I will surely appreciate.
