Old Mutual Bad Service

<p>i recently decided to leave Old Mutual and invest my pension money by another administrator since i have decided to leave Old Mutual i have had nothing but bad service the staff dont know the policies and procedures when i called yesterday i was advised that they will process the request today when i sent an e mail yesterday they wanted a Tax Directive when i called SARS, SARS advised me they sent OLD Mutual the Tax Directive 31/01/2017 i called them again yesterday there story changed and i was told it was processed So who is fooling who here I WANT THAT TRANSFER DONE TODAY TO THE NEW ADMINISTRATOR AND I WANT THOSE FUNDS CLEARED IMMEDIATELY AND I WANT PROOF OF PAYMENT E MAILED TO ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
