OLD MUTUAL BAD SEREVICE FOR A PENSIONER
I would like to complain about a poor service by Old Mutual Maponya Mall Office, My mother Mrs Oziey Ngubeni have been receiving a Life Policy which was done by my father after he passed away in 1992 my mom been getting her payment into her account since then until in September 2024 nothing came . So when she went to Maponya Mall Office on the 4th October 2024 she was informed that she will get a call and today is the 25th October no one called and thats a bad service for an old lady to get such a service and her ID *** 082 and contact number ***. Please can she be updated what is the reason her deposit was not done and no one bothers to update her ,

I would to assume that either you careless as the company or something look when was the last day we responded and gave you my father ID number to check why my mother monies were no longer deposited on her account .So since 21 November no one came to her and please send me your email so as to send the bank statement, the behaviour you giving will definately make me go to ombudsman .I expect that by end of today you tell us whats happening no stories its almost a month now.
