Old Mutual bad customer service

Good day I have been battling to effect changes to my old Mutual life cover since April 2021. To date old Mutual has been unproductive, unhelpful and just plain useless. I have gone through 4 different so called financial advisor who just up and resign without notifying their clients. I would definitely never promote old Mutual products to friends or family as their customer service after they sign you up is pretty useless.
