Old mutual bad customer service

I have an investment account with Old Mutual requested for withdrawal which is supposed to be within 5- 7 working days but it's not even processed by now. Escalated the complaint still not getting any assistance from anyone. Received an automated response only. I need the funds to pay for my child's school but I'm struggling as if I'm applying for a loan.

I wouldn't recommend Old mutual to anyone with their bad service to their customers
