Old mutual bad customer service
Old mutual has been debiting money for a policy that has been paid out 2 months ago and when I query it I'm told I must wait 15 days when I call again I'm told 30 days for a refund today the 10 of December 2024 I called in to query the status of my refund and a ride lady with an indian accent told me stories and hung up the call, old mutual isnalways trending for the wrong reasons and it must stop
