Old Mutual BAD
This should be negative zero rating
I have a Tax Free Investment and did a withdrawal 13/07/2019 and was told that it will take 5/10 business days for payout. I did the application in Kuilsriver OMF branch and the consultant took copies of my ID,Bank Statement,Proof of Address & Letter from my bank and sent it to OMF HQ.
On 15/07/2019 I received an email asking to resend my bank statement and I have done so, and then again on the 22/07/2019. I've been inside the branch and all I get is that it is in process and AGAIN I have submitted my ID & Bank Statement.
It has been 17 days now and still NO PAYOUT nor a CALL with an UPDATE !!! The SERVICE SUCKS SO BAD which explains the weather we having...
I am in need of the funds and I am so past the due date and have to keep asking for an extension. This is NOT FARE . . .
I WANT answers and I WANT it NOW and I WANT MY PAYOUT ASAP !!!!!!!!!
Can someone PLEASE WAKE UP and do SOME WORK !!!!
