good day hellopeter was approach by old mutual concultants in 2017 and i open a furneral policy for my father and i was explain how i can open the policy for fix amount that wanted i agree and we open the policy which i was happy with and how the premiums was going to be deducted from my salary then in 2019 a concultant from greenlight contacted me telling me he can see on their system that i have two policy with old mutual i told him i know that i was explain and i am happy with how policy as how its been deducted he persisted that i change it i think he called me for about three days and ask him whats going to happen to my cash back and if my dad passes away in the peroid before six months , because this was going to be like a new contract he then asurred me that nothing is going to intefere with my prevoirs contract until to date i have not receive my cash back which i have require about and just recieved friutless emails telling me that my old policy as been cancelled and there nothing they can help me with
