Old Mutual Atrocious Service and Suspicion of *****

Been a client with them for over 7 years. have an investment for my son which is payed monthly. Was told I can put a lump sum into my sons investment. Turned out you can't. It's been now over three months and money has not been refunded. All the consultants I have interacted with act as if they helping you but u never hear from them. I am Afraid there service is gone from bad to worse. Their Client complaints and consultant escalations and references mean nothing as no one gets back to you. Preparing next course of action and last time I will be dealing with them.
