Old mutual atm dispensing R200 less from the amount withdrawn

Made a withdrawal of R2000 but only received R1800 and did not receive a receipt for the transaction and this is the second time. Went to the branch twice and kept being told the money reversed automatically hence there was no notification of the reversal yet the money is still not in the account. Kindly assist
