Old Mutual asking me to re instate my late sons education police

I had an education policy for my late son who passed away in December 2018.

I did report to Old Mutual that my child passed away and closed the policy. I was not happy with their service the day I came for claim but I let it go.

On Friday one day before mother's day a consultant called from this number *** asking me to re instate my late son's education policy. I can't explain how much pain your consultant caused me. After 3 years they decided to dig wounds that I am trying to heal from. I told the consultant that I do not want Old Mutual to call me ever again.

Then Monday (the day after mothers day) Old Mutual(Nontokozo) called from this number *** again asking me to re instate my late son's education policy, she told me that Old Mutual only cancel funeral cover. I'm very emotionally darined. Emagine dealing with mother's day buzz and Old Mutual is busy harassing me with calls

Manager(she called herself Nontokozo's manager) called from this number *** told me she will give something to make me feel better, what a joke. She told me the consultant is new, but she was not the first person to call me. She told me the consultant did not close file or report that my child passed away but why the consultant who called on Friday did not escalate my concern close this plolicy.

I want to know why Old Mutual is hurting me so much. This week has been very hard for me because of Old Mutual. I cant every concentrate at work the emotionally pain is back 💯. My brain is exhausted from trying to forget. I've on Old Mutual facebook page on Monday they promised to call within 24 hours but they did not. I asked for Ombudsman email they did not reply

Old Mutual please tell me why are you hurting so much, what I did I do to you to deserve this. What do I need to for you to stop reminding about my sons tragic death 🥺😭😭😭. I believe that you calling me because you think I have another child now so you are trying your luck. I find this very unsympathetic and unhuman 💔💔💔🥺
