WORST OF THE WORST...

I have been paying for this policy for over 10 years now and the service I get is this BULL!!! My policy lapsed with out my knowledge. My December debit order didn't go off I received an email advising me of this. One of the options on the email was "Get someone to call you regarding this" I opted for that option then I get an email saying that you we are an inbound call center.. SO WHY THE HELL HAVE THAT option. Ok cool then I send an email saying double debit my account as that was also an option. I get no response after that, my thinking is all is in order because no one is saying anything I also sent an email to my financial advisor and also no response. In Jan I get debited my normal premium, I then call to ask why you didn't double debit me?? I'm then told my policy has lapsed ***?? I then ask for my policy to be reactivated I'm told I cannot do that?? Meanwhile I sent emails to the customer service center and to my so called financial. On the call I was told to send screen shots of my emails. It's been 2 weeks now I'm still waiting? WHY DO YOU WANT TO CHEAT PEOPLE OF THIER MONEY FOR OVER 10 YEARS PAYING FOR NOTHING THAT WILL NOT HAPPEN!!!! MY POLICY MUST BE REACTIVATED. AND AGAIN I DID SAY YOU MUST STILL DOUBLE DEBIT ME!!!
