Old Mutual are *****sters
First of all I received an email saying I didn't pay my December premium, I sent an email and no one responded. I went to the branch and the consultant couldn't assist because she said they can't do anything on greenlight. Now after over 10 years of paying I'm told my life cover has lapsed after the calls and emails I sent i got an email saying my covers have lapsed. My reference number is CEA***
