Old Mutual are ************

We are still waiting for Old Mutual to pay out my late dad's cover since September 2017. They have all paperwork but still say they do not have it all. Looks like Old Mutual does should be put through the Obudsman as a ***** company because they took the funds when the person was still alive but keep delaying with ridiculous paperwork accusations in order not to pay out funds. They should not run Old Mutual if they cannot get competitant staff to work there. Really terrible service. The next call I get should be to say everuthing is ok and will go through immediately not calls to say they still waiting for paperwork from hospitals which I personally myself got for them after waiting several weeks.
