Old mutual are *****s

I'm so horrified I opened an account at Old mutual phoenix plaza I have R6000 in the account the account got frozen for over a year iv been there weekly to help me they said they can't only head office can and best part I cannot speak to head office only the consultant can but still no joy they are so rude now iv been hijacked and don't have an id they refused to even speak to me even though they used biometrics to open the account
