Old Mutual are ****MERS!

I have had a Retirement Annuity Fund (Old Mutual Bonus Fund) with Policy Number ***B9 from 2*** when I resigned from my job and they made their last deduction. I was told that I would receive my Retirement Fund at age 55 which is in October 2024.

I went to query at a branch, called and sent emails only to be told that there is no portfolio with my ID number AFTER PAYING FOR 10 YEARS!

Now, this would probably be a different story if they were giving me some sob story about what happened with the fund instead of saying they do not recognise my ID number.

I have now sent them copies of my Payslip with the deductions they used to make as well as copies of the mail they would send me with regards to this policy.

I will not take this lying down! I will fight Old Mutual with everything I have until they pay me my money in October, as promised!

Old Mutual are ****s and ****mers! Everything that is being said about them on Social Media is definitely true!

If you have any kind of policy with them, I would advise that you move it to a different insurer AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!
