Old Mutual are *****

I have had an ongoing complaint with old mutual. Firstly i was misled and even after listening to conversations thats proves i was misled, there refuse to acknowledge it. They conveniently lost the calls with the financial advisor. So if anyone is looking to be misled, misinformed use old mutual. The service you are told you will recieve is a lie and when time comes to payouts they will use every loop hole they can and never get back to you. This case has been ongoing since Jan.
