OLD MUTUAL ARE GREEDY COMPANY WHO DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS THEIR CARE ABOUT MONEY AND MAKE EMPTY PROMISES

My mother had a Greenlight Policy with Old mutual which covers a funeral cover and life policy....I went to old mutual last week Tuesday to submit a claim with my 2 brothers until today the only communication we received was on the Thursday we had to borrow the money for the funeral in order to bury my mother.The treatment we have received from these people is disgusting they should be ashamed of themselves my mother was their loyal customer for a very long time when they claim they pay policies within 48 hours its a lie and a **** trying to lure to people to take their policies.This blunder was done by a lady in old mutual Oxford Street(East London)she was concerned with her car that had flat tires than doing her job even though her changed those tires.
