Old mutual are ******, **********, & bad service
Good day. I'm very disappointed at old mutual, They opened a policy on my behalf & they covered people I don't know, what pains me more is that all the branches are telling me there's nothing they can do to help me... Should I open a case of ***** against the company because I Never took any cover with old mutual.

Old mutual representative take advantage of government workers because the only thing they have correct is my persal no & surname.
I would further like to lay a charge of ***** against the representative who administered the policy.
1. I never took any policy
2.The name is incorrect
3. I don't know the beneficiaries
4. Account was active since 2019-07
5. The rates increased
6. I spent money going to branches to get information of an I account I don't know
7. Please refund me every cent
8. I've been trying to locate the account since September, because that's when I got my payslip.
9. I was not aware of this policy
10. My contact is ***
