Old Mutual are *******!

Old Mutual is absolutely pathetic. I requested for my banking details to be changed last year May. This policy is over 20 years old. They dragged the entire process with me missing premiums and then they decide to lapse the policy. Over 20 emails have been sent to them and guess what, no one gets back to you. You call them and you can never get through. I have been begging and pleading for help with no joy for months now. Old Mutual is one of the most pathetic insurance companies I have come across! Next step is the ombudsman, I am tired and drained trying to get a response. I simply can't lose a policy that I paid for, for over 20 to years. I want all my premiums back if you can't help me Old Mutual!
