Old Mutual ans\d SARS

During the previous tax year a sum of money were transferred from Old Mutual to Allan Gray. I did not take any cash and the whole amount were transferred to Allan Gray. At present I am unable to complete my tax return on E-Filing. The fault displayed on E-Filing 4478 Tax directive number invalid. SARS issued an IRP 3E document and it stated on it that no tax is payable.The PAYE ref no. is ***. My tax ref no. is ***. I have spoken to several consultants at SArS, and the last one spoken to was Heleen and she stated that an IRP 5 must be issued and code 04 must be used as it is a fund transfer and non taxable earning. Looks like Old Mutual and SARS is do not know what to do about the matter. SARS require an IRP 5 and old mutual do not want to issue it. My E-mail is ***. Cell no: ***.
