Old Mutual - Annuity and Pension fund

Just a warning, If you ever consider to take out an annuity or pension fund policy with Old Mutual make sure you confirm your beneficiaries in your will and refer to the policy number. It has been 2,5 years since the death of my twin brother. Old Mutual has still not resolved the beneficiary determination to date. They are turning a blind eye to the needs of the mentally and physically disabled adopted son who was left behind with no mom to look after him to date. Still Old Mutual are having meetings after meetings trying to decide on paper what the definition of dependency means. Your loved once become names on paper and there is no urgency at Old Mutual to complete a lifeless paper process.
