Old Mutual and their Empty Promises!

My Fiance called Old Mutual last week Tuesday to pay out he's unity Trust /Savings Account. They said it will take up to 2/3 business working days. Its Tuesday 23rd march, one week later and nothing has happened!!! If this is how things are gonna work then we wont be doing any businesses with old Mutual and we won't recommend anyone to do business with them. You're Consultants is just all about making money out of new prospects but you ignore your existing clients!!! BAD!!! BAD!!!
