Old Mutual and Sanlam not concerned enough about people's lives and financial state

This is the second time that I am writing a complaint on behalf of my mother. She is beside herself and has great financial woes. She entrusted old mutual with her money and according to her. Her financial advisor was allegedly not honest with her In terms of how her money will be invested and she can now not access her money. She was not aware that the money would be locked up for a lifetime. She has been given the run around and is deeply distressed it has almost been a year. She even went as far as moving her profile so Sanlam but they too keep on giving her the run a round. This is an extremely urgent matter that we would like you to address with an effective solution and not another story. Please help. **I am posting this same review for both old mutual and Sanlam***
