Old Mutual and Nedbank. Who is the real ****mer?!

BIGGIST MISTAKE EVER to have signed up with them. The real question is: Is Old Mutual a ****MER? Please if you are thinking to sign up, think TWICE! A whole new world of DECEIPT. Yes they will promise you the world. As a matter of fact, I signed up through Nedbank. A bank I trusted! We paid month after month.

Now that we leaving the country they tell us that we should have never had this account as a foreigner and that there is a mistake? Who is to blame here? Why take the money every month? I have been in contact with one of their top ladies in Durban who told me I should sue Nedbank? Really? Is this product ****?

Yes, Old Mutual has ignored all my private emails with my complaints. They (legal department of Old Mutual) are avoiding my banker with answers. And now I hear this might take years? In my OLD MUTUAL contract it is clearly stipulated that when I leave Old Mutual with valid reason it should not take more than 3 months to be paid out. Well, we well over that time period!!

All I can say, I will not stop only here by exposing your company.

A good advice for Nedbank to keep your good reputation: Check the companies first before advising them to your clients!!
