Old mutual and its employees are heartless

My husband was working for Bakwena toll gates and he passed away last year due to covid and the company had a provident fund with old mutual and its almost a year nothing has been paid they keep sending me from pillar to post about that benefit i dont even know how much is there i have asked for a statement its almost a year there is no statement my kids have been put out of the school because i havent paid schools fees i have so much credit that even when tjat money comes it will finish paying people i owe. My main concern is my kids not going to school.

I have been asking the advisor his Name is Arn Smith he doesn't respond to my emails i asked him to write an email to my kids school he refused he didn't respond so my kids are going to miss a term of school while they keep ignoring me i meed to know what is happening with my husbands provident fund and how long does it take to be paid and in the interim how does old mutual think i survive with the 3 children i need a respinse otherwise i am going to tv and i will go to your sandton offices.Old mutual your services suck i always have bad experience with you i think they want to ***** my husband money
