old mutual and fruad

Someone who works for old mutual opened a *****ulent policy under my name and they kept deducting money from 2021,i went to their branch and they kept telling me the matter is being investigated ,until today nobody calls back with feedback and paying my money back to my account even after it has been proven a million times that i did not open that policy but they are still holding my money and giving excuses that the matter is being investigated
