Old Mutual agent did what he felt like doing and not what i requested
I resigned from my company 28 February 2023- i had group cover and pension fund with them. i spoke to agent Bruce Meyer, who was the company rep, he had a meeting with me at my previous employer during my notice period i decided to change my current life cover to OM, and do a lump sum withdrawl of R35k and reinvest my balance into preservation fund this entire process has been horrible, from the nurses never calling at appropriate times, 500 times a day to spelling my childrens names incorrectly (wile having their birth certificates) to incorrectly giving 100% of my life insurance to my husband and not the % i had allocated and discussed with Bruce Meyer. over the weekend, R25k was paid into my account, and not R35k i reqeusted i called the agent, he advised this is what i wanted - now we need to run around and fix an error on his side and i fall victim to the repercussions of his actions. i need to understand what is going to happen to get me the R10k that was not paid into my account and unfortunately should not be expected to wait additional 4 weeks for soemthign that was incorrect from the agent side - i dont believe there was a point in us having had the meeting to discuss in the first place if he was going to do what he felt like doing and not what was discussed
to make matters worse, he is more interested in finding out if my husband is going to take out life cover with him, before making sure hes fixed and done correctly my portion, shows me the sale is more important that doing the right work and now i need to chase to correct? please rectify immediately
i cannot rewrite the entire thing this is ridiculous - the first case is not solved and i am unable to get assistance on the new one?

Old Mutual is claing to have no record of the call as the call will assist my ongoing case against Bruce Meyer for his incompitence
i need this as evidence - it is my personal information , on my personal pjone, and my voice - i have the right to this call - your nurse mentioned calls are recorded
every call and email shoudl have a record and reference nunber allocated to me, if you have the answers to my medical questions, this means there is a call
it is my right to have this call and i need it to take my case further
i am currently sitting with no life insurance and should somethign happen to me, i have made it known to old mutual, Lynette and the incompouitent advisor Bruce meyer i will hold them responsible for my bond and my childrns school fees
i have followed up 3 months and this is never ending - i need this call it is my right and if you have the answers it means you have the call and are choosing to withhold it from me to protect the incompoitent people
i will need compensation for the pain and suffering, loss of income airtime and trauma counsellor as a result of what old mutual has done to me, i have complained to Management - Lynette cannot Help, i complained on Hello peter you delete my messages, i complained to Arbitrator and ombudsman and no one can help? what kind oif a hold does Bruce Meyer have on Old Mutual that they cannot assist the clients they have wronged?
i have requested multiple time for Bruce to be investigated - you lost an entire company to Allan Grey due to his incompitence
