Old Mutual AGAIN!!!! Ref. [OMCSCB***]

<p>I am once again, complaining about the service or should i say lack therefore of Service from thsi company that is suppose to be there for one, durng a difficult time. I have been made to run from pillar to post, with my father, who besides being sick is also still grieving his wife deaths, all because of *********** people who, when they dont have an answer just say, we will get back to you. I am awaiting a pay out, we are going into June. so we have been waiting for 6 months. An sms was sent that payment was done, i ask them for a POP but no one can give me this, because like all their promises, it was all a load of hogwash. so i ask again, who ust i talk to to get this issue resolved, as OLD Mutual is quick to point out that if this issues is not resolved the case will be closed on their side and we loose? PLEASE ASSIST !!!! </p>
