Old Mutual Aeroton branch manger Koketso Khambule is a Bully and abusive shed stud

I’m extremely disappointed by the way this Keketso Dorcue Khambule from Old Mutual Aeroton branch abuses her staff. The way she speaks to and interacts with employees is disrespectful, belittling and completely unprofessional. Staff should not have to feel intimidated, humiliated or uncomfortable simply because they are at work.

A manager is supposed to lead, support and motivate their team, not make employees feel small or afraid to speak up. Unfortunately, the treatment of staff in this environment has created a very unpleasant working atmosphere.

Management should seriously look into how employees are being treated and hold managers accountable for their conduct. Employees deserve to be treated with dignity, respect and professionalism.
