Old Mutual Advisors cancelled appointments on numerous occasions!!!
Dissatisfactory Service I am sharing my story with the hope of receiving the help I need. I took a life policy for myself and a funeral cover for myself, daughter, mom and stepdad. I have tried scheduling appointments with O.M. advisers to review my profile and change beneficiaries. however, when the day of the meeting comes they cancel on me at the last minute. This has been an ongoing process for almost a year. It worries me a lot because no one knows what the future holds.
