Old Mutual adviser informs me that I am wasting her time after enquiring general information

I have just phoned the Old Mutual Call center to obtain information and was told by the consultant that she is a financial adviser and I am wasting her time!

I have never experienced anything like this ever before.You go ,Old Mutual, what a solid way of getting rid of your clients.
