Old mutual account affecting my credit score 😡

I'm not happy at all with old mutual since I was out off debt busters I've made them aware I will be making payments on my own because of how debt busters didn't pay well my installments. I've been up to date with making payments for my loan since January and April 2023 but when I check my credit score check and tracking out everything old mutual state my account on arrears as if I am not paying anything and is affecting my credit score and I'm not happy with that at all I've made an arrangement with to pay R3000 every month I haven't skipped even a single month but to my surprise they're ruining my credit score. Can that be fixed because I am paying.
