Old Mutual

Since September 2020 I am dealing with Old Mutual Potchefstroom Branch to have an annuity policy paid out After handing all the relevant documents to SARS Klerksdorp personally to re activate my tax number and contacting SARS per e mail as well as go into Old Mutual offices personally I was promised by a worker called Lesley that all was handed in to their HO and according to feedback per Watsapp which I have record of the promise was made to pay out in November 2021.But to no avail...I am a SASSA pensioner.My husband was bedridden and desperately I'll Also on SASSA but unfortunately passed away in Desember 2021.Now I am left with only one SASSA pension to survive.Please help me to get Old Mutual sorted.
