Old Mutual

I have been paying my premiums via stop order and when my work contract expired on 31 March 2024, I made a request to move to the debit order. I made that request in April 2024. Today is 11 October 2024, and my request has not been finalized. I have called Old Mutual several times and this issue is not resolved. I am so frustrated.
