Old Mutual

I have been trying to speak to a natural person at O M but unless you are not a client you don't get past the call centre. I had to revert to e-mails to get a reply. I eventually send an e-mail to complaints@ oldmutual.com. They gave me a reference number viz. CMPLNTS2052**** on 14-1-2021. In reply I received an e-mail from them ( Grace de Bod ) informing me that she would communicate per e-mail with me and must advise if she must assist me further. I again send two further e-mails which was deleted without being read. More than just frustrating!!!
