Old Mutual, a very bad experience with my late father's Estate

I have had a very bad experience with Old Mutual handling my late father’s estate. The worst part of this whole experience is that my late father signed his will with Old Mutual and they subcontracted the work out to Nedbank. Each time I have complained to Old Mutual they just pass it on to Nedbank, the very company I am having trouble with. I submitted a complaint via my attorney and we were given an undertaking in an online meeting with their head of department that this estate would be treated as a VIP Estate. In response to my Attorneys letter I received an email back from the head of Nedgroup Trust and given an undertaking that she would get this estate back on track. Staff don’t last long in that department at Nedbank, and she moved on. That was in January 2021. Sad to say that we are into our fourth year now, it’s August 2024 and this simple estate has not been wound up. One of the beneficiaries living abroad has waited two months for her money and it has still not been paid. All her SARS matters are 100% compliant and all her documentation for a cross-border payment were submitted to Nedgroup Trust. Two months later and no payment has been made? The Old Mutual Financial advisor who advised my late father to sign his estate over to Old Mutual does not even return my e-mails.
