Old Mutual a ***** and inefficient

I hate Old Mutual. I trusted Old Mutual, but they have disappointed me. In February 2018 I went to Wonder Park Old Mutual branch to add my three kids and husband on my green-light policy and today my green light policy is terminated by Old Mutual because the failed to amend the stop order amount. Since the additions I found myself paying the stop order amount of R693 which covers my initial policy without additions and also the whole amount of R897 on debit order covering me and the additions. They were giiving me a refund of R 693 every month, talk about inefficiencies, I did not get my refund for October 2018 and I was told that they will fix it, next thing I get a call from one of their agent yesterday (10 December 2018) saying my policy has been discontinued, she did not even know my story. I have a contributed a lot of money on this policy and Old Mutual does not care to give me even satisfying answers taking into account the events that took place in respect of this policy. I must deal with them, I think assistance of a lawyer is in order, because I feel like I have been walked over by Old Mutual.

So friends consider other companies before you go to Old Mutual.
