OLD MUTUAL A ****

I actually didn't want to even rate them 1 start, cos they don't even deserve a star.its unfortunate that you can't proceed without selecting a star. I have a life cover for my mom that early this year I decided to increase. I was told that type of cover is no longer existing but introduced to a similar one which I gladly accepted. Instead of debiting the new cover from my personal acc which I have requested they do so they started debiting from the joint acc that I share with my husband which the kids policy run from. I tried so many countless time to ask them to fix such a small error. Since last year fighting and then they decided to stop the debit order for my mom's first policy I took for her and blame it on my bank FNB. Which even today I don't even know where FNB fit here. They did a manual debit in February 2021. Now my debit order was supposed to have ran on the 20th of March it didn't. I contacted Old Mutual and even asked to speak to the supervisor whom I was told she will contacted me.till today I haven't been contacted and my mom policy has been stopped by old mutual without me canceling it. Noone cares to explain or assist me hence I have decided to ask for a full refund and take up my mom's policy with Discovery old Samlam. Old Mutual is a joke and they toy with your emotions because I know that should anything happen to my mom they will never pay out cos they have decided to stop my policy without my knowledge. This is just pathetic
