Old Mutual a disgrace

<p>I had two Old Mutual policies that I wanted to cash in, in November 2015 I went to see a broker in Queenstown , the maximum amount was R75.000 and if a policy exceeded that amount you only get a third paid out. Well my one policies was R50.000 and the other policy was R100.000. I told my broker that I wanted to cash out the policy of R50.000 and that the policy of R100.000 I would cash out at a later stage. He told me that I can only cash out both policies together,as the policies can not be cashed out separately. So according to his advice I cashed out both policies and got a third (R50.000). The R100.000 they put into another account of which I only get R720 a month. I have asked Old Mutual to pay out the R100.000 to me due to the fact that I was given incorrect advice. Old Mutual are now refusing to pay me out. If this is how Old Mutual do business by giving incorrect advise to their clients and then refuse to correct their mistakes.
