old mutual-a bunch of ******!!! never us them

absolutely a ******* service,regret why i ever took a policy here,i have a 2 in one pocket for almost 6 years and they keep debiting my account from the 21st onward,in the interim i get charged a bank miss debit fee,i called the contact centre and spoke to an absolute muppet named siskona,gees and these are advisers!

she explained they have tracking debit order date and a fixed,so they can track from wherever they want,which is *******,i signed a debit order instruction and didn't agree to any other days,i get paid from 28th onward is what i told her and she then confirms she set debit order date for 25th!!!!! ***** didn't listen again

i asked to speak to a manager and she acted like she put me on hold and hung-up!!!

Also i asked her to email docs where i signed,she said she will give me an email where i can send to as its back office,so i asked her to email me details,said she cant do that
