Old Mutual A Big No...No

I am lost for words, disappointed and disgusted with the service received from old mutual superfund. I pray that I never ever have to deal with them ever again. I have called, I have emailed. I have provided documentation for them to pay out my claim, excuse after excuse. Delay after delay, I am trying to get feedback or a proper response for two week now. I was advised 5-7 business days and my claim will be paid out, then I was told its with authorization 2-3 business days then again a followed up the waiting on bank verification when I have send them proof already and when they have instructed me to open an account in my own name. You get no responses on emails, and when you do is 3 days later. Every time you call you get a different answer or request. Its been 3 weeks and they still cant tell me the amount to be paid out and when I will get my money. No customer centricity, customer service is really non existent and they just couldn't be boarded. They really hide behind Processes and SLA's and no has the intellect to think about the customers needs and wants...I will never refer or recommend anyone to old mutual after this experience.
