Old Mutual a ****

Old mutual does not even deserve a STAR. I opened an educational policy for my daughter over 10yrs ago & its been almost two month of me trying to make a partial withdrawal on my plan to settle varsity fees & OldMutual has been sending me from pillar to post. Tried withdrawing via the APP/Online with no luck. Called their offices to make a withdrawal of my own money and i was told i need to go to the Police station and get the withdrawal application form certified by a stranger, as confirmation that it is indeed me who is making a withdrawal. I then went to their branch and was made to complete mountains of forms only to be told that the paperwork will be sent to Headoffice for processing...I've called the headoffice this morning and my request is still not yet processed & the matter will now need to be escalated like *** is wrong with you ppl.

I'm asking for a portion of my own money back and you seem to be refusing to return what is mine. Im ****ed off and done with Old Mutual. No wonder you've been trending on the news - as your service is ****
