Old mutual a ****
I will never recommend old mutual to anyone , it is a **** . I had a policy with them since 2007 they have been debiting my account with a recent proof of debit order that went through on the 25th of February and two more unauthorized debit orders with no existing profile according to one of their branch in matlosana.
They services from both the branch and call center is very poor. Consultant they don't know anything clueless of what is happening they will transfer you from one person to the other with no help.
They will always give different information as if they from different company.
They sell you one policy and they open two policies without your knowledge just to make commission.
