Old mutual

Old Mutual has disappointed in so many ways. I had cancelled a policy in October last year only for them to debit money from my account in November. I have been querying this issue since then and I have not yet received my refund . Each agent I speak to gives me different information as to the other . I am actually really upset and I advise whoever who was looking to join Old Mutual to rethink their decision.
