Actually no stars, when this company has your money, the don’t want to pay you back, RA’s and unit trusts. After more than a year, still battling to get my wife’s retirement annuity out of them. For 3 weeks now I am trying to sell my unit trusts, no joy. I cannot understand why anybody would invest with them. If you send them a message to invest, they phone you within 5 minutes. Thank goodness I don’t have any life assurance with them, the poor family that stays behind will probably never get paid. What a pathetic company!
