Old Mutual
My name is busisiwe Maria Nkosi thank for helping me about paid up letter. After I received my paid up letter the FNB told me that when I settled my account I pay more but they refund the money at old Mutual .I go to old Mutual the lady told me they need the letter from FNB.yesterday I called the FNB to ask the statement they send to me. And the old Mutual refused to refund me the R13852,11pls help me

12 Jan 2022, 18:33Hi I'm busisiwe Maria Nkosi the old Mutual played me because since 11 August 2021 the FNB refund the money to old Mutual and they quit until the FNB told me after I confront they and the told me that saw the money but they don't know about it So they need a paid up letter so if the money belong to me .I submit the letter they need a statement I submit the lady call MOBUHLE told me that old Mutual they are not going to pay the money .pls help me my daughter fired at school because I didn't pay a fees pls help me
