Old mutual

Old mutual has bad customer service they dont contact or respond to emails or queries i have a problem i was told that i cannot get a refund if i cancel my policy they did not make an effort to contact me as a client to tell me that they did not receive a payment and now my account is inactive but me as a client would just like my money back because i made payment to that policy and now they telling me i cannot get any money back
