Old Mutual
I'm so disappointed by Old Mutual Policy , After My Uncle died we made the Claim on the 6th of July for the funeral they said we must wait for 72H even today we are still waiting no payments made ? We had to make loan for the funeral while we were covered by Old Mutual ..We've calling , laying Complaints , visiting branches no Change ? now we are stuck with loan that we have to pay ?
