Old mutual

old mutual is not deducting their premiums i have 6 policies with them my debit order date is the 1st they chose to deduct for 2 policies when i want to claim they will have stories I am not impressed the money has been waiting for them to deduct since the 26 of April in their own bank account . i have tried to call the call Centre several time
